• Designed and calculated the storage tank of offsite (all finished product, semi finished product), utility area and other storage facility of a refinery unit in FEED and EPC stage of the project. • Developed licensor’s P&ID for licensors’ such as Axen and Lummus • Guaranteed on system hydraulics for revamp refinery project holding company’s signing authority • Performed design activities including pipeline surge identification, HAZOP study, area classification, intools specification, cause and effect diagrams, PFD, P&ID, Uitlity Diagram, Hydraulics, Pump sizing, Tank sizing, control valve sizing, psv sizing and many more related to design and engineering • Trained 15 graduate engineer interns and 10 college students on system description and equipment sizing calculations • Supervised Quality Assurance external audit of ISO:9001 managing and documenting all design phase calculations and drawings. • Utilised cGMP quality principle to the various manufacturing environment.
