Upon the project being ready for permit it was sold to an out-of-state builder/developer who at the point of sale had hired P. Stark Builders as a Consultant/Project Manager representing the owner. Responsibilities include project ad- ministration, general contracting administration and support, sales and marketing cord- ination and project intermediary to various governmental authorities. Completed project value was $26 mm.
