Entered into Purchase Agreement to acquire, entitle and develop a 38 acre parcel to rezone into a mixed use Assisted Living, Residential / Commercial Project. The Project was to include a 120 room upscale assisted living complex, a 120 room boutique hotel, 44 independent residential fee simple housing units and 68,000 square foot office, retail and restaurant complex.
