Oversee a budget of $5,500,000. Construct 4 5,500 square foot homes in 18 months. Interviewed more than 100 sub-contractors in a period of 90 days to award specialty contracts. Coordinated all multiple meetings with utility companies, municipalities and civil engineering for approvals and construction of infrastructure. Review and approve all payables.
