Daily Duties at Sprint:
●Performed Inbound and Outbound customer follow-up, to provide real time repair status. ●Conducted On-Line Tier 1 Fault Isolation. ●Maintained Customer account/records. ●Implemented Event Track efforts through open and closed repair tickets; between customer and local telephone companies (24x7). ●Supported applications: Trouble Reporting Systems, Customer Information Systems, and Facilities Management Systems.
