Daily Duties at Sprint Nextel:
●Provided technical support in problem resolution for wireless phones, broadband devices and software support. ●Updated internal and external customers, verbally or through, social media regarding technical work completed on trouble tickets. ●Communicated with corporate account managers, market sales representatives, internal personnel, and third party dealers to clarify and resolve issues. ●Serve as First Call Resolution point for customer issues related to problems with handsets, Direct Connect, messaging, features, etc., through communication with technicians and engineers. ●Maintained history records and problem related documentation. ●Improved and expanded vendor relations that resulted in greater service and value to customers. ●Developed and enhanced professional relationships with clients from Sales Rep to the corporate level as a trusted and effective negotiator. ●Provided extensive product support for: Sprint CDMA, Nextel IDEN, Data link, Mobile Integrations.
