Daily Duties at Sprint Nextel:
Worked on the Wireline Legacy Migration project assigned to the “Customer Migration Office” within Business Care in the effort to support the Implementation Project Managers assigned to a complex, high profile, and revenue-generating business accounts. Performed administrative duties related to follow-up on customer orders, monitoring, billing reconciliations, and equipment tracking. ●Assisted management during the customer life cycle; from customer acquisition through billing activation across the product portfolio. ●Worked primarily with outside vendors and sales to ensure delivery of equipment to meet customer demands. ●Addressed Customer billing questions or concerns and provided support to a specific base through effective use of applications and tools. ●Oversaw extensive customer communication and retention efforts for migrations and equipment upgrades. ●Assisted with account changes for rate plans, add or removed features, activations, and phone swaps. ●Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work independently. ●Successfully fault isolated wireless, wired, and end user network connectivity problems. ●Continually educated customers on Network Vision Migration. ●Increased knowledge and expertise in billing, data applications, data services, and network performance. ●Interacted with care, sales, marketing, outside vendors and other Sprint organizations.
