Daily Duties at One Source Communications:

Provided outstanding service to clients for their local, long distance and internet needs to relate telecommunications technology, carriers, and terminology to customers; and built excellent communication skills in order to intelligently converse with carriers and translate to understandable terms for clients. ●Fulfilled client phone, email, and web orders and requests with various wireless/CTBH carriers (Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, and US Cellular). ●Maintained excellence in client relationships and assimilation of business standards of conduct that align with company values as driven by Customer needs. ●Assisted clients with insurance claims on company assets. ●Remained up-to-date on product and service provider deployment strategies in support of the latest data/entertainment technology such as Wi-Fi, and other PDA devices. ●Navigated, utilized, and maintained all pertinent internal databases to ensure timely and accurate invoicing support for Wireless clients. ●Assimilated relevant and new technologies in the wireless industry. ●Analyzed customers' needs and explored alternative product solutions aimed to meet demands within ever changing environments. ●Managed all administrative aspects of Post Sales actions including: completion of customer contracts and warranties, sourced products from inventory, accepted customer payments and filed all completed orders.
