Worked closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. ●Analyzed business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. ●Consistently supported all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. ●Located and defined new process improvement opportunities. ●Collaborated with Management to outline goals for the QA Team as determined by Business Needs. ●Designed reporting dashboards and tools for a more enhanced reporting solution. ●Identified and protected customer contract needs in daily operations and reporting. ●Orchestrated customer & business needs in database alignment and utilization. ●Identified & addressed business gaps & risks. Proposed improvements in the form of Service Improvement Plans (SIP). ●Communicated necessary information to stakeholders in appropriate context and time lines according to business needs. Analyzed and developed communication improvements. ●Created Job Aids and training documents to support organizational and operational changes.
