Daily Duties at O'hanlon Mc Collom & Demerath:

•Represent clients in a variety of labor and employment related matters, disputes, and grievances •Provide counsel to clients regarding governance, discipline, human resource management, policy interpretation, review and implementation, contract review and negotiation, and government procurement; •Limited representation in bankruptcy, family law and CPS matters. •Serve as Attorney Ad Litem for children in the Dallas Family Court System •Successfully resolve matters through mediation, facilitation, negotiation and settlement of disputes; •Work collaboratively with the parties in finding creative ways to reach a mutual solution; •Prepare court reports, mediated settlement agreements and other documents for the court.
