responsible for all accounting functions including general ledger and monthly journal entries, accounts receivable and credit and collection with a monthly outstanding balance of between $3,000,000 and $1,200,000 seasonally, Accounts payable with 75-100 domestic accounts and 25-30 overseas manufacturers paid by wire transfers or letters of credit, Cash projections and budgets, balance sheet account reconciliations, calculated sakes commissions, Inventory control and costing, year end audit schedules working with outside CPA, maintain banking relationships.
