Daily Duties at Pittsburgh Technical College:
Oversaw the operations of the Schools of Business, Hospitality, Criminal Justice and Culinary Arts. Ensure curriculum quality and consistent delivery. Manage retention management processes. Develop and administer program operational and payroll budgets. Hire, evaluate and develop faculty and staff. Determined faculty and staff training needs. Develop curriculum. Coordinate industry projects with faculty team. Tailor training and educational material to the level and need of individual students. Ensured compliance with all Federal and State requirements. Manage and implement a system of student support and retention.
