Daily Duties at The Golf And Racquet Club At Eastpointe Inc:
• Represent club’s management team at monthly Board of Directors meetings • Prepare and present monthly financial statements to Finance Committee and Board of Directors • Prepare annual budgets • Analyze capital expenditures and present recommendations to Board of Directors • Supervise billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll • Supervise and / or perform as needed all Human Resource and Benefits functions • Prepare semi-annual borrowing base analysis for lenders and negotiated new and existing credit facilities • Obtain outside financing as needed for equipment purchases • Managed annual financial statement audit and tax preparation • Main point person with Club legal counsel on multiple matters including potential acquisition of Club • In charge of risk management for Club
