• Managed company-wide localization project for websites from inception to launch, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, quality review, stakeholder, risk and change management. • Partnered with vendors to ensure all project assignments, deadlines and deliveries are meeting timeline goals. • Educated the company on the role and priorities of languages management in order to ensure continuous improvement on the ability to deliver high quality localized website efficiently and expeditiously. • Lead cross functional team to establish efficient workflows, improving process planning in order to deliver international site content and products on time with high linguistic quality.
