• Developed project plan, schedule, budget, resource plan, issues and risks to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met • Managed cross-functional planning and change activities, using waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure dependencies are accurate. • Focused on continuous improvement to product lifecycle, development and cross-functional processes, tools, and metrics. • Functioned as a Scrum Master for five scrum teams and led product backlog maintenance and prioritization; Helped the team to understand the importance of velocity, as well as use value stream mapping to communicate bottlenecks and facilitate process improvement.
