Daily Duties at Agilent Technologies:
• Lead the business team members to ensure appropriate integration of processes across the functional entities in order to achieve timely and accurate commercialization for the online channel Apollo Program. • Advised the team on best practices during the development of the business requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of cross-functional impacts, then drove the program team through all NPI ceremonies ensuring adherence to NPI processes including regular readiness reviews. • Served as thought leader with sufficient understanding of upstream and downstream functions, evaluating and recommending current and future process improvements. • Developed presentations, materials and managed project plans to be presented to the executive management team, cross functional leaders, and governance committees.
