Daily Duties at Delta Industrial Group:

Reported to the CEO, responsible for the planning, implementing, and managing of the Information Technology infrastructure and solutions for the group of five manufacturing sites. In charge of designing, and implementing manufacturing product lines in accordance with the ISO (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10002:2004, ISO 27001) certificates. Created and performed internal audit processes in compliance with ISO requirements. Redesigned, implemented, and maintained company’s IT infrastructure. Design and work with VMWare Virtualization and Storage. Introduced, drafted and implemented IT governance policies and procedures accordance with the business requirement and strategy. Designed, implemented, and maintained company’s IT infrastructure. Developed multiple dashboard reports, supporting management on their strategic short and long term planning. Designed and Implemented processes to provide automation to the IT operation, IT asset management, helpdesk support and maintenance, local and remote troubleshooting, as well as user orientation, training, and supports. Created and implemented IT monitoring and support plans, including preventative maintenance, alerts and emergency responses to the critical IT issues. Managed company’s online assets and resources, website and intranet. Created and maintained network directory structure using Microsoft Active Directory, and related tools. Installed, configured and operated IT and IS systems including Windows Servers, Microsoft ISA, Microsoft SharePoint, McAfee Antivirus. Configured, Installed and managed company’s electronic messaging system using Microsoft Exchange server.
