Daily Duties at British Petroleum:
Support an increasing number of business units through sourcing activities, supplier enablement, PO creation, and invoice resolution and payment with a delegation authority of $100k. Place and manage third party orders, resolving invoices pending payments. Address invoice payment issues through detailed analysis, root cause investigations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Tracks and monitors orders from invoice creation and processing to supplier payment.
