Director of Environmental Services for 300,000 sq. foot Skilled Nursing Community in the city of Des Moines. Duties included but were not limited to Facilities & Building Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance & Repairs, Motor Controls, HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Boiler Operations, Plumbing, Electrical, DDC and AutoMatrix building HVAC computers control, Programmable Logic Controllers RSLogix 500, AutoCAD, Troubleshooting & Adjustment, Low voltage wiring, installation & programming Data, Voice, Audio, Video, Security, Access control. Development of operating and capital Budget, Fire protection, Housekeeping, laundry and security operation. Manage 24 employees
