Daily Duties at Skyline At First Hill:
Responsible for all Environmental and Plant operations of a 960,000 sq. foot high-rise Independent and Health Care Community in Downtown Seattle. Duties included but not limited to Facilities & Building Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance & Repairs, Motor Controls, HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Boiler Operations, Plumbing, Electrical, DDC and AutoMatrix building HVAC computers control, Programmable Logic Controllers RSLogix 500, AutoCAD, Troubleshooting & Adjustment , Low voltage wiring, installation & programming Data, Voice, Audio, Video, Security, Access control. Development of operating and capital Budget, Fire protection, Housekeeping, laundry and security operation. Manage contractors and suppliers. Preventive maintenance program and automated work order system development.
