Filled in while permanent receptionist was on maternity leave Responsible for greeting high level guests, including elected officials and local community and business leaders. Responsible for daily ingoing/outgoing mail, photocopying checks and ensuring they are entered and processed through the database. Answered phones, directed internal calls, and redirected tourism and general information calls to outside agencies as needed. Ordered and stocked supplies Filing, copying and data entry as needed.
