Daily Duties at I Flow:
Because the ON-Q Pump could be used on most any incision and for regional nerve blocks, I worked with almost every specialty group to include Generals, GYN's, CV's, Ortho, Plastics, Uro & Anesthesia. Goal was to book as many cases as possible on a daily basis to support my doctors and staff. Filling the pumps in the procedure room took time so helped to keep the scrub tech on point to fill up prior to surgeon implanting at end of procedure. Forecasts were not required but kept one on a qrtly basis to stay focused on what I needed to accomplish to make my number.
What they like about I Flow:
You give high priority to hiring firms with prestige. Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.
