Daily Duties at Covidien :
Methodically met with my current hospital contacts and used my general Surgeon relationships to gain as much business as I could to start with. Running with the Covidien name garnered me much upfront support and sales as well vs the many other competitors out there. Monitored weekly sales reports to track my sales trends. Quick Note: The reason for my short tenure-Company decided at the time to have all the Suture rep's and Endo-Mechanical rep's carry mesh in their bag as well. Almost as if we were competing against one another. Income dropped so went on to work for Olympus.
