Daily Duties at Total Health Care:

Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and processes. Support the successful delivery of projects undertaken by Total Health Care through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting. Assist with advising managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for any program management queries within Total Health Care. Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders and brokering relationships at all levels.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
