Direct Manager for night shift work activities in the Dry Well at a BWR nuclear Plant at Browns Ferry for Unit 1 restart completion activities. Worked on project modifications to return the plant to operating status after being shut down due to issues from previous operation activities. Set expectations of safety, quality, cost and schedule requirements. Increased production on night shift by 50% by streamlining work scope, laying out specific jobs to work by planning and looking ahead of scheduled work activities. Pulled our night shift together as a team and not having personnel working in silos. Total craft/staff exceeded 300 personnel.
