Daily Duties at Cisco:
Provide team leadership, for the restoration of normal service operation, containing any adverse impact on our customer’s business operations, service quality, and availability. Use the monitoring and notification services provided by the CMS Platform, working together with Incident resolution processes, to form the Day 2 Operations Incident Management service component of Cisco’s Could & Managed Service. Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process. • Used Incident remediation procedures to collect any additional data required to diagnose and match to known errors in our knowledge base • Worked to restore services within agreed service levels, initiating the Change Management process, as needed, for restoration • Coordinated with Customer the dispatch of support personnel to Customer’s premises to perform necessary onsite repairs as per the Customer maintenance and support contract • Remotely assisted onsite personnel as needed to facilitate service restoration • Remotely facilitated hardware replacement and Cisco software updates that are required by Cisco
