Daily Duties at Hologic:

First--Using my skills & clinical's, to routinely present the Science & Technology behind NovaSure regarding the safety & efficacy of our device to our surgeons vs the competition; making sure our device is requested for the procedure (although we are the "Gold Std", we can never take that for granted). -Promoting & supporting our MyoSure Line. Routinely discussing & presenting clinicals (both by ACOG & AAGL) that supports use of our device vs capturing uterine pathology "blindly" via a curette. By following these guidelines, greatly increases to use of MyoSure & thus our market share. -Supporting all of our surgical cases the best we can by being there to aid both the physician & surgical staff. -Using your existing relationships w/ your gyns, help to promote In-Office testing by discussing the doctors needs and how they can best provide for their patients AUB issues w/o having to go into the O.R. (this aids in financial rewards for both the doctor & patient and better convenience for the patient) -Maintain routine required reports to help monitor existing business & possible competitive activity along w/ weekly forecast updates.
