Daily Duties at Sterling Boiler & Mechanical:
Piping Field Engineer; Inspect cleanliness of piping prior to welding, verify systems are installed per our specifications and procedures for the Combined Cycle Plant. Procure materials needed for the Chem-Clean process. Construction Coordinator/FE for installation of the U/G Fuel Gas Piping, provide scope and direction for coating sub-contractor and resolve all RFI's. Responsible for the Condensate Pump building and Condensate Polishing vendor piping system installation. Create and check work packages. Initiate Field Material Requisitions (FMR) to procure new materials. Initiate Material Withdraw Requests (MWR) from site laydown area. Nonconformance reports (NCR), and Field Change Documents (FCD).
