Total assets worth over 1 Billion USD. • Supervised, directed and trained a cross functional crew of 4 performing quarterly and annual reviews. • Oversaw key process improvement projects through all PM phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Close-Out) using Project Management Institute (PMI) principles of scope management, schedule management, cost management, risk management, quality management, communications management, and resource management. • Participated in the development and administration of assigned unit budget; forecast funds needed for staffing equipment, materials, and supplies; monitored and approved expenditures; recommended adjustments as necessary
