Directed human resource activities of ABL, Fondation Merieux and Transgene Inc., in the areas of: budget management, M&A, policy development, performance management, compensation, Benefits, HRIS, employee services, relations, Safety & Health, recruitment and training. Managed 1 HR Associate, 2 Administrative Facilities Support staff and the Health/Safety Officer. Total staff: 178 (France, Maryland, Massachusetts, California and DC)
