• HR Consultant to support HRIS Implementation and review current ATS for effectiveness • Review, assess policies and procedures for best practices • Conduct HR Department audit / Company audit for compliance with DOL, EEOC, AAP, ACA etc. • Review benefit programs for cost effectiveness; make recommendations as appropriate for changes if needed. • Review, assess HR Department staffing, workflow and functionality as relates to support of Operations, Accounting and field staff.
