Lead teams of 20+ medical development, instructional design, programming, product, design and marketing professionals in all phases of custom product solutions delivery (from requirements gathering through build, test phases, QA, launch and support) for pharmaceutical clients. • Served as the Project Manager for 12 active Client programs, totaling $400,000+ in projected 2016 revenue • Responsible for project execution of new hire training sessions for Gilead (Zydelig) from KO to full post program reconciliations • Developed and managed client expectations of RIA Biologics and Severe Asthma DLP Program project timelines for updates of tablet presentations for AstraZeneca (Benralizumab) • Led development of blended learning curriculum in preparation for the pending approval of Benralizumab • Oversaw coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work to ensure products met or exceeded client expectations. Excelled at gathering feedback and requirements; communicating needed changes to development team; and overseeing seamless, high-quality rollouts to on-time and on-budget conclusion o Ran ongoing internal program meetings, including weekly status check-ins o Provided program and project status reports to the project team and company • Developed a deep understanding of the business objectives of internal and external stakeholders; evangelized the product vision and built trust by maintaining an accurate and achievable roadmap • Executed and implemented aspects of 45th LTEN (Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network Annual Conference: contract negotiation, design and creation of extensive event material o Developed cooperative relationships with vendors, managers, caterers, hotel and convention personnel o Resolved problems associated with securing audio/visual equipment. Travel itineraries and on site transportation as needed
