Daily Duties at Fleet Landing:
Developed and implemented special events, transportation, fitness, aquatic, and recreation therapy, life enrichment programs and educational seminars for a retirement community of over 700 residents. Developed, purchased and monitored in -house Television Station. Monitor the implementation of information such as, monthly calendars, special events, marketing functions, weekly presentations, and transportation schedules & monthly newsletter. Monitor and supervise staff, maintained & purchased a fleet of vehicles. Create a fun and exciting atmosphere for special events, parties and marketing galas. Created and monitor an annual budget. Coordinate teams to organize the marketing events which included all departments at Fleet Landing. Coordinate transportation and secure an evacuation site in case of hurricane evacuation.
