Daily Duties at Cae Inc.:

 From 2011 - 2013, spent 17 months out of 24 in Morocco, Germany, France and Italy, at customer and supplier facilities, planning, managing and executing site activities, resulting in successful customer satisfaction on projects that were originally behind schedule and improperly staffed.  Managed customer relationships and acted as the lead technical point of contact on flight simulator programs for the air forces of the United Kingdom, Morocco, Italy and Singapore.  Led technical activities and directed assignees and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from different departments to meet requirements within schedule and budget constraints throughout the life-cycle of programs, from contract award to customer acceptance.  Provided reports to superiors and customers, regarding project status, schedules and work plans.
