Daily Duties at Southern Maryland Electric Coopertive:

Organizes and prepares annual regional budget submission for inclusion in overall division work plan and budget. Direct participation in the Emergency Response Plan when activated. Research, organize, and facilitate responses to inquiries/complaints, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervision of all administrative support. Review, revise and create business processes, policies and procedures. Maintain office including supplies, organization and overall function. Plan, execute, and organize regional office and company wide events. Provide administrative support to the Regional Operation Director. Process and pay invoices. Generate paperwork necessary to ensure accurate charges on emergency billables. Oversee monthly mileage reporting for company fleet. Manages communication and dissemination of information. Directly supervises the regional payroll process to include daily reports and documentation.
