• Managed and operated an independent land records and research business in the oil and gas industry for the Marcelleus Shale Project in Western PA and Eastern Ohio • Hired and trained new employees as title abstractors for the oil & gas industry • Ran and reviewed title searches and adverses on land tracts for clients • Prepared documents, title search results and abstracts back to patent or the establishment of the Drake Well using Excel • Searched public and courthouse records, in person and online, for information of public record
