Accountable for service Delivery, Program Governance, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Cost Management, Scope, Quality, Capacity and Change Management. Managed global “roll outs” for complex projects across cross-functional groups, ensuring minimum to defect-free releases. Designed-adapted PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Spiral) based on the nature of project execution and set up new PMO office offshore to oversee multiple project management activities under "follow the sun" model. Defined problems, assessed business cases, and identified opportunities across multiple teams, supporting onboarding new agents, agent commissions, voice response service, and mobile apps.
