Executed complex programs for Finance, Budget & HR applications collaborating with multiple subsidiaries and functional teams to meet stakeholder objectives and optimize user experience. Led & managed Data Center Transformation, Acquisitions, Corporate Reporting, and Strategic Implementations via Business Intelligence, extracting data from existing financial and budget applications. Spearheaded Data center transformation from 3rd party hosted environment to in-house Data Center and engaged experienced service provider for application support and maintenance. Served as PM representative on various Steering Committees authorized by approved project charters, as needed with IT Application Owner, CIO, Business VP, Director, CFO, VP/HR, and VP/Internal Audit & Control. Managed successful implementation of small to mid-size projects including HA SQL servers, nightly Database back-up for Tier -2 applications, Web-service upgrade (vendor provided) for exchange rate, Windows 10 refresh, Desktop/Laptop optimization, Account Payable work flow Automation, Oracle Fusion for HCM.
