Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard Company:
- One of two team leads responsible for assigning Unix Tower workloads to prepared engineers. - Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HPSM change management platform and its use in the enterprise. - Tasked with insuring that all change work planned and accomplished adhered to current Next Generation Data Center (NGDC) standards. - Focal point supporting the assignment and scheduling of an SAP UX 11.31 upgrade rollout and its subsequent success. - Perform liaison function between the Unix Deployment, Engineering team, and the customer during required changes. - Buffered customer requests and scaled information requests passed to the team to allow engineers to focus on the work at hand, increasing their overall throughput while satisfying the customer inquiries.
