Highlighted gaps and provided recommendations for improvement, implemented iCIMS, customized PeopleFluent by adding a function to track licenses and compliance, compensation analysis, I-9 audits, employee relations, and performance management/coaching. Clients include: Robert Half Mgmt., Portnoy Messinger, Pearl & Associates, Inc., Axioma, Children’s Aide Society, SoftInc, HCCS Compliance Training/Solutions, and FJC Security. Held full P&L responsibility.
