(Temporary Promotion) Additional to all responsibilities and duties of a Border Patrol Agent, I: • Researched, developed, designed and coordinated courses, workshops and seminars. • Supervised Detailed Agents assigned to the Border Patrol Academy/Spanish Dept. • Provided advance training instruction for Border Patrol Agents. • Prepared daily and weekly schedules and duty assignments. • Prepared and distributed Incident reports and Serious Incident reports. • Prepared Employee performance reviews on subordinate Agents. • Conducted classroom instruction in the Spanish language. • Served as an administrator for the newly created CAN8 Computer Network system. • Active participant in the video recording and editing process needed for the new Task Based Language Training program recently implemented at the academy.
