Daily Duties at Gentiva Healthcare:

When an office location Executive Director (ED) position was vacant, assumed responsibility for the position until an ED hired. Responsible for the over-all office location; clinical services, physician services, social services, ops, HR, employee recruitment/hire/engagement, project/service design, implementation/management, clinical/operational quality performance, internal/external customer relations, identify partnership opportunities, market engagement, contract management, care coordination, managed healthcare networks, compliance/quality outcomes, risk management, P&L, budget/fiscals, growth strategies, community relations and marketing/sales under my direction. Hire, orient & train the new ED to the position. The location was then transitioned to the new ED.
