Daily Duties at Vitas Healthcare:

Subject matter expert while providing day to day leadership support for clinical services, social services, pharmacy services, physician services/education, fee for services, P&L management, driving superior clinical/operational quality performance, growth strategies, dashboard design/tracking and performance management in maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies (CMS, Medicare/Medi-Cal), company policies and clinical standards for the business locations in CA. Projects/process development/implement at each business location related to innovative standardized processes/protocols & growth/contracting strategies. Hire, recruit, provide team building & leadership for the 16 CA business locations.
