Daily Duties at General Electric Capital Corporation :
Leads project teams in creating, supporting, maintaining and optimizing GE Treasury (GET) operations and change management activities associated with new IT processes. Along with Sr. Leadership and Global Business Process Owners, collaborate with Business Units, IT (Treasury and Risk) teams, Consultants and Contractors to continuously optimize project delivery process to yield improved quality. Responsible for projects’ schedule, budget, and scope; centralize project lifecycle phases to ensure timely insights, escalations, and appropriate change control. Leads a team of matrix resources; define, influence, prioritize deliverables and solve complex and ambiguous challenges to ensure consistent business value, efficient and effective transition to functional owners.
