SENIOR SPECIALTY SALES DIRECTOR (US) 2013 – Feb 2017 SENIOR SPECIALTY SALES DIRECTOR, DERMATOLOGY (US) 2013 – Feb 2017 SENIOR SPECIALTY SALES DIRECTOR, ONCOLOGY (US) 2015 – Feb 2017 SENIOR SPECIALTY SALES DIRECTOR, PRESCRIPTION DRUG MONITORING (US) 2014 – 2015 • 2013 Quest Diagnostics moved to a commercial structure. I was approached by the Senior Vice President, Commercial / Vice President, Commercial Marketing / Executive Director HR, Commercial Organization to move into a new role that would concentrate on the specialty segments on a national scale. • I worked with the commercial sales leaders, sales teams and marketing to identify and support tactical opportunities to enhance growth. The majority of that time was focused on 70 + sales representatives and 108 sales directors on growing and maintaining ~$1 Billion book. • 2013 Derm 104% / 2014 Derm 100.7% / 2015 Derm 106.7% / 2016 Onc 100.0% • I utilized my subject matter expertise, tools/technology (Saleforce.com, Varicent, Savo, etc.) and insights into data to increase sales force effectiveness in the specialty markets. • Worked closely with operations, finance, compensation, legal, acquisitions and compliance groups to ensure growth and reliable reporting metrics.
