Daily Duties at Cisco Systems :
Led a team of project managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver simplification projects; responsible for portfolio management, demand & capacity, integrated planning, risks/actions/issues/decision management, and projects’ scope, budget and roadmap. Initiated Sprint projects (mini-risk assessments) to identify, and report, and course-correct when required, operational risks/issues impacting planned deliverables. Owned the cross-program RAID (risk, action, issues and decision) process including first level resolution. Authored problem statements, and designed business solutions, documented, tracked, and reported remediation/mitigation progress. Provided insights for program governance board meetings which served as the executive status and governance forum. Developed KPI/KRI metrics; collaborated internally with business process owners to drive process improvements.
