Daily Duties at Hotgrinds Inc.:
as a founder, managed and reviewed all corporate filings, filed incorporation documents, filed all corporate tax returns, worked and reviewed all investor packages, develop and update business plan, create and maintain the accounting system, create and deliver financial statements, write checks, manage cash, invoice and collect money, pay all bills, maintain investor records, manage and file patents, act as a critical member of the management team, develop and update the exit strategy, manage member relationships, identify and resolve any issues in managing an international virtual company, update and maintain investor relations and pretty much do anything else that needed to be done apart form coding.
