• Advised microcap and private companies on their financing needs, including determining financing structures, creating presentation decks, and sourcing investors; successfully put 5 companies in conversation with institutional investors • Performed due diligence, competitive research and financial analysis for 30 companies using corporate files and disclosures • Created financial pro forma and Excel valuation models for clients based on company historical financials and growth projections • Provided strategic support to help clients develop and execute growth plans as well as marketing efforts • Attended client meetings and conference calls, drafted meeting notes, and delivered oral presentations to management team • Conducted industry research and identify new business opportunities with main focus on early-stage companies
