Daily Duties at Hillflint:
• Managed accounting activities; conduced financial planning & analysis on balance sheets, profit & loss, and cash flow reports • Created invoices for all customer POs, verified integrity and accuracy of bill payments, and identified and solved incorrect bills • Delivered periodic A/R aging reports to identify and analyze delayed payments and accelerated client payment collections • Oversaw company’s supply chain operations including place factory POs, track production status, prioritize customer delivery dates, and resolve production delays with International vendors; recommended improvements and mitigated errors in the process
