Daily Duties at Ut Md Anderson Cancer Center:
Sr. IT Supply Relations Analyst (Title Change with Division Reorganization in 2011) Effectively manage a portfolio of IT Assets, Suppliers and Processes to deliver efficiently on budget, technology and deployment goals. Responsible for Vendor Relationship Management for end to end IT supply chain including sourcing process improvements that have led to enhanced productivity and results. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to enhance sourcing in addition to maintenance of inventory and computer budget. Lead audits of Computer Equipment Inventories within supply chain and throughout individual departments. Provide over 80 hours of customer training on computer equipment budget and request processes annually. Supervisor, Information Technology & Services Collaborated with and supervised a team of 21 professionals across six Information Technology and Services teams, providing mentoring, evaluations, metrics reporting and solutions development for refresh, asset logistics, decommissioning, loan pool, and warranty parts. High levels of multi-tasking with quick adaptability to change. Reorganized and spearheaded institutional computer refresh program including equipment orders, deployment, decommissioning and return to vendor of approximately 8,000 – 10,000 units annually. Worked with end users to define IT solution requirements and information system key performance indicators.
